I am an Otolaryngologist with 30 years of experience. I have worked in the field of Facial Plastic Surgery for 20 years, more specifically with rhinoplasty. I began my career with open surgery but currently use only the closed structured technique. I have operated on more than 1100 patients using this technique and more than 1500 patients in total. I worked in public service for 22 years, 10 of which were as a Professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. I have published several scientific articles and continue researching in this area that greatly intrigues and fascinates me.
